NEVER EVER EVER EVER will I go back there again. They're thieves. Worst service ever, and they literally took a toy today that I brought in. Told me if I wanted it back I'd have to pay them?! Wth!!!!! The toy I took in was a Vtech Sit-N-Stand Activity walker. They claimed they paid me for it...NO they didn't. They bought 4 other items from me, (Gorgeous Graco High Chair...only $20 for it, A bumbo Chair WITH a tray they only paid $12.50 for it, a little bouncy alligator toy they paid a whopping $5 for it) and I received $37.50. That's it for all that. So...because I didn't want to take it back home with me, I let them go ahead with the price. ...I took the other items they didn't buy, (ridiculous on that part too, but that's another post), and left. well, as I am driving down the road, I notice they didn't give me a walker back. So, I called them..they said, "Oh, ha..sorry, I put it in the Donation pile" really?!?!? So, I told them I'd come today, (08.11.12) to pick it up. I did go today, but they wanted ME to pay THEM for it?!?! Really?! No...then they proceeded with, "Well, we paid for it" NO! You didn't!!!!!!!!!!! They didn't give me a receipt...which today I DID get one for the other items I brought in. And that's my mistake on that part. But, I specified what they gave me...nothing.She just stood there with a look on her face like she couldn't care less. I'll never, ever, ever, ever step foot in there again. So, they got a $35 toy for free. I'm very upset. Very! Never will they see my face again. The whole catch of this is, not because they didn't pay me, but because THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND DIDN'T OWN UP TO IT!!!!!!!!!

Good stuff, great prices.. My go to for my kid's wardrobes. I usually start here and if they don't have it then I try the retail stores. They have a ton of clothes and equipment, I wish I had known about this place when I was having babies.

They have a ton of stuff especially newborn to size 10 or so. Can start to get a little thin in the boys sizes 16 and 18. Sometimes you can find something on clearance in the retail stores at or even a little less than here, but overall, no store comes close to their prices. I got skecher sneakers that looked like they had been worn about 5 times for under $10, they're closer to $25 or more in the mall. I don't like spending $25 on something they're going to out grow in 4 months.

Overall, this place can't be beat.

My favorite place for almost everything i need for my kids.. I really didn't want to go to a "second hand" store, but a friend of mine who's always bragging about how she got something brand new at Once Upon A Child for less than half of what it costs in Baby Gap, Babys R Us etc. convinced me to try it. I was pleasantly surprised, they have an enormous selection and really good prices and its pretty well organized. I got two kids ready for school for a total of $65, you can't beat that.

I have never sold to them but my friend told me they're pretty picky on alot of things, especially newborn to 18 mos. I guess that's good because that's why the stuff in their store is so nice.

I didn't give them five stars because I think they need a bigger store, some of the racks are really packed and it can be hard to find somethings, but the employees seem to know where everything is and are helpful if you ask. I will definitely be going back.
