Absolutely awful!. After 11 years with this practice, I received a letter from them with the following:

"We regret to inform you that we are withdrawing our professional services to your family. After careful consideration and discussion, we have come to the conclusion that we cannot meet your expectations in providing medical care for your family."

That's it... no additional explanation, no specific reasons were given, even after I requested in writing for one.

Very disheartening to be treated so badly after many years of service.

Love 'em!. We've been patients for years - and yes, they do charge for forms. Guess what? So do the other pediatricians! My neighbor goes to another local practice and their charges are the same. It's a sign of the times, and we accept it. We love the physicians and their accessibility - it's a large practice, and we do sometimes wait on the phone, but we accept this as well because the care we have received over the years has always been top notch. We have never felt like "just a number". The care our children have received has felt personal and sincere. The staff are happy (some have been there for as long as we've been patients there), helpful and courteous. The office is clean and well maintained. I read the other reviews and am surprised at what people still expect from physicians these days - it's 2010, they have families too and they don't stay up all night anymore to answer the phone!! We highly recommend this practice.

Best Pediatrician ever!. I love all the doctors here. They care about the patients and seem to really understand how parents feel when their child is sick.

The staff are always helpful and courteous. I never have a problem getting someone to talk to on the phone or getting an appointment.

Not very good. Pretty much an assembly-line pediatrics practice. We're asked to fill out another 'info' form every time we come in. Long waits, very hard to get hold of them on the phone, then very curt when you do. Don't seem to remember the kids from visit to visit. And every time you blink they charge you. Need to call after hours, charge. Need a form filled out, charge. I feel nickel-and-dimed to death there.

Awful, not patient friendly at all. It is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone, when you finally do they are about as rude as can be and do not seem to have a care in the world. This practice is way to impersonal now. They actually would not allow me to make an appointment for my daughters flu shot, you have to take the next availible time slot, because, get this, "they do not know how long they will be there" on the flu shot clinic day, maybe you should be there all day to accommodate your patients or maybe have more than ONE day. So now I have to call back every couple hours or atleast everyday to get a time slot that is after my daughters soccer game. What ever happen to the day when Dr.'s and nurses actually were available for the patients, wait most are available, except for here. You would think that with all the Dr.'s that they have it would be much more patient friendly and accommodating. I know another pediatrician that has a flu clininc all week, to accommodate their patients, they allow you to come when you can fit it in to YOUR schedule you know "walk-ins" and they only have 3 Dr's. I think that I have finally had enough, I will take my daughter somewhere that actually cares.

Not the Jones, Daly, Coldren it used to be!. This practice is very large, so more than likely the Dr.'s will not remember you or your kids even if you see them regularly and stay with one Dr.

The receptionists that checks you out are very short and rude. If you call after hours b/c your child is sick, this practice charges a $20 nurse triage fee to speak with a nurse. Gone are the days of a Dr. calling you back or being available to you. I was very disappointed in this Group. In many of my appointments I felt rushed by the Dr.'s. This practice has become too large and impersonal!

Great practice. I highly recommend Jones Daly Coldren to any mom who is seeking a truly caring practice for her child(ren). ALL of the pediatricians take a true interest in your child (as I have 3) and provide you with up-to-date information on what is best for YOUR child. They know when to refer out and always are on the precautious side when things arise. Best of all, they LISTEN to you as a parent! I HIGHLY recommend Jones Daly Coldren as the top-notch pediatricians in the Central PA area!

Love these doctors. I have been familiary with this practice since my brother was born, he is now 30 years old. My son now goes there for all of his medical needs. He had an incident when he was a toddler that turned into the scariest thing I have ever experienced. The doctors at Jones Daly Coldren Associates were there for both me and my son. They made him well again and kept me calm and sane. I have nothing but good things to say about this group of doctors.

Awful Customer Service. I spoke with this practice. They were completely condescending, utterly rude and patently arrogant, like they had the best practice in the world. I would recommend you stay away from this practice if at all possible.
