Bad customer service. I live a half an hour away and was looking for a new place to check out. I called to see if they had a band, and the lady said, "yes, we have a band" then hung up on me. I called back to ask if there was a cover and she said, "YES WE HAVE A BAND, THERE IS NO COVER - I am busy and I really don't have time for this! Come check it out if you're interested." And hung up on me again.
