Horrible Service and a Disrepectful Owner. My wife and I recently tried to eat at Marcello’s on a Friday night. It was very busy (which we expected), however we did not expect the unacceptable service that we received. We waited about 20 mins and then asked if we had a waiter. Then we waited another 10 mins to get our drinks, and then finally ordered. To our dismay however, the soup took another 10 mins to even be brought out. In total we waited over 50 mins and only got water, our soup never even came.

We got up to walk out and asked if we could see the manager. We went up to the counter, just to tell him the subpar service that we received and he said “I do not need your business”. He was very rude and even went so far as to motion his hand for us to leave.

So we walked out. Unfortunately for them, we will never go back to this restaurant and I do not recommend it to anyone else.
