Bad service. DO NOT order a party platter/business tray from this place. The presentation is absolutely absurd for the price you pay. For 3 dozen bagels sliced into squares and 2 tubs of cream cheese you pay $30, which is a comparable price. But what they dont tell you is that this "platter" comes in a brown paper bag, not a tray or platter! If you want a tray they charge you an extra $6! And they also dont tell you that they can only fit 2 dozen on a tray, so they have to charge you for 2 trays, an additional $12 for a $30 3 dozen platter. After placing my order over the phone for 2 of their party platters which should be $30 each, I ended up paying $85 total! They charged me an additional $18 worth of trays!!! After explaining that I was not informed of this extra charge and was confused as to how a $60 bill turned into $85, I was rudely told no refund would be given and the staff was very unaccomodating. Because I needed these trays for a business function that same morning, I did not have the time to waste to go find another bagel shop to prepare the platters, so I had no choice but to pay the extra money. Also they have workers that do not speak english very well which makes it even harder to get or give information. I do NOT RECOMMEND them!
