In an area where tattoo shops are a dime a dozen and talent and professionalism is rare (to say the least), Hammer and Nail Tattoo is a breath of fresh air. Steve is extremely talented and does amazing fine line work and custom work. You will not leave this shop disappointed. The extra bonus is that the guys that work at this shop are not creepers and are only interested in giving you a tattoo or piercing. So girls, feel confident in going to this shop.

Very Happy. We went there for our first tats and had a great experience in the end. We got exactly what we were looking for and had a great artist complete our work. I do not think it was the owner but a tall, dark haired gentleman.

He did a great job getting us in and out and was very accurate.

Highly recommend this nice and clean place for your work. Very reasonable prices.

The do not let you take a friend or relative back to the table with you and we were surprised by that but it is a small place so you are right there close by anyway.

The best Tattoo guy in Carlisle. I've had 5 tattoos done at there shop. I can't complain about any of their work. They did a great job on my tattoo that I had them do for my dad. These guys are great and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very original work and a comfortable environment. Well all I can Say is that Steve and Vanis both are very good artists my wife and I both get tattooed there. They came up with designs that we were both very impressed with .The shop is very clean and uses hospital grade sanitary practices. My wife has her back almost finished and I am starting on my second full sleave , thanks for the great work guys !

Best in the area!. I have logged more than 30 hours in the chair at Hammer and Nail. I enjoy the people and shop and they are nothing but friendly, helpful and professional. I went in there numerous times with an idea in my head and Steve took that image and gave me amazing work. They are great guys and you should give them a shot.

Best work ever. I have 14 tattoos, 9 of them are originals from Hammer and Nail and I am more than satisfied with their work. The other 5 were done at various locations (local and over seas) and all needed to be touched up. I went to Hammer and Nail for touch ups and once again completely sastisfied. I will never again go anywhere else for a tattoo. These guys are great and know exactly what they're doing.

Great work and atmosphere. Very clean very professional shop . Great custom work ! Had most of my later work done there I, I highly recomend them to anyone I speak with for tattoos as well as piercings

NO nonsense tattoos @ a great price. the guys @ the shop are good guys and great artist,I've been getting work done there for a couple years,both of my boys wanted tattoos before they were 18 and I said the only way they could is if they went there,they did and both are very happy with there work.The work is great and there prices are very reasonable.My boy got a tattoo on Friday and it gave me the itch for another one,which I got last night.Go see Steve you wont be sorry

Great work. I have 4 tattoos, and they are all from different places as well. My 4th one I got from Hammer and Nail. I loved it there. I will never go anywhere else now. The tattoo I got there is by far the best looking one I have. I highly recommend them!

come here. I dont know what that other guy was talking about. I have 3 tattoos and each was done at a different place. these guys are the best in every way. I will never go any where else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
