Best Health and Fitness Center in the Area. Best facility in the area. There is rarely a wait on machines. They also have the best trained instructors in the area. The Pilates instructor, at night, started Pilates in the Harrisburg area. The spinning room and all other facilities are great. It is the only place you can go to where children from 1 month to 18 years have something to do. It is also the only gym with a regulation sized pool. The waterpark is great for kids.
