Horrible Customer Service.
I ordered tattoo needles from them. I was told "a little over $2.00 a needle set" (still a dollar more than I pay through UNIMAX - awesome company btw). Jack Hammer, or Jack A$$e$ as I like to call them, were relentless with their telephone solicitations and finally after listening to a claim of "superior quality" I took a chance. The total cost, $162.00. I know math trips people up a lot, but just a quick glance tells me something?s wrong with these numbers. I suppose there is some truth to the statement "a little over two dollars" because, well, depends on your definition of "a little." I thought "a little" would be like 10cents, maybe 20, as long as it remained less than 50cents. If, however, by "a little over" you mean less than $10 or $20, then $3.00 per, a whole dollar more than I was quoted, (which does not reflect the shipping cost) is "a little."
"Superior quality" NOT SO!!! The "super tights" were soldered so loose and uneven, if I used them, they would have tore up the flesh and unevenly disbursed the ink. I sent them back, within the time specified, and upon talking to the rep, he laughingly told me that I was overcharged. This conversation took place 3 weeks after I made the purchase, and no one bothered to call and tell me I was overcharged or make an attempt to return my money? Jack A$$E$
It's been 2 months since I mailed the needles back (January 11, 2009 to be exact), and they still have not reimbursed my money. We call every week, and I get the same story? the "check is in the mail." That might be the oldest line in the Rip-off Artist's Handbook to Screwing People Over.
My warning: I checked out their artwork and tattoos, and I have to say, you might find a basement scratch artist using a homemade gun who could do a better job than these guys. As for their tattoo supplies, if you?re thinking about these guys, DON?T. Their prices are way too high, their customer service is horrible, and they?re liars!!! Enough said.
