Besides the photographers the service is horrible

after my daughter chose her pictures for her album she was told it would be 2-3 weeks for the final layout which she would then approve for print. It has been almost 8 weeks and still no layout. The owner will not return my calls and I now will contact my lawyer to pursue further action to get my money refunded
