The staff was fantastic, and I was a high maintenance guest this time. I forgot my phone charger and the receptionist helped me find another one. I needed to print a document at the last minute and another receptionist helped me, even though it was morning and she was probably very busy. I asked for instructions on using the waffle iron and the breakfast attendant helped me with that too. I even locked myself out of my room and had to get a key, which was no problem. This hotel is a little farther from the city center (about 4 blocks) than the others, but it is also $50 cheaper. I did not mind walking the 4 blocks, even in the cold. It was a nice walk along the river. The room was clean and comfortable, I had everything I needed and dinner at the restaurant next door was fantastic.

This is our regular stop when traveling south or on the way home. This hotel knows how to provide excellent service.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and the location was great. Overall, the hotel is very nice and the staff and management were great!

My stay was short, however, the room decor was lovely. Great choices in decor and furnishings. Great attention paid to details in the room. The woman at the front desk was awesome, also.

Was in Harrisburg because my Mother was at the hospital. The staff show great compassion throughout my stay and made sure I was comfortable.

This is not my first or second time this has been my third time and I am glad that I have been staying here because the staff was very friendly and the maintenance people are great. They did a nice job. I would recommend you any time.

They have very friendly staff to help us out, It was great to be able to walk to our meetings at the Hilton.

This place is remodeling and upgrading that recently took place is a great improvement and a beautiful location on the river. Great staff.
