Outstanding Tax Services!. I've been a client of Diana Reed's for 5 years. Everyone in their office is so courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they get right back to me when I contact them. I email Diana directly if I ever have a question out of the blue and she gets back to me very quickly. -Laurie M

poor customer service and high prices. Charged more than estimated by $200 and then did not return my calls promptly and did not resolve problems with the IRS which may have resulted from their work.
