Total misrepresentation of the law!. Total misrepresentation of the law! Person acquitted bc he was a "peaceful" Muslim. ONLY westernized Muslims are peaceful. Justice Mark W Martin should resign and charged with gross negligence.

Comments made by Judge during ruling. The United States of America is founded on Constitutional Rights, one of which is the Freedom of Speech. Judge Martin violates the victims First Amendment Right to Free Speech. He calls the victim a "doofas". The judge also insults Christians by implying that Christianity is not a way of life, while Islam is. I have watched the video of Talaaq assaulting the victim. I have listened to the testimony of both sides. A police officer testified that Talaaq did in fact assault and batter the victim. This Judge in ruling for the defendant has in fact shouted to the world that if you proclaim to be Muslim, you are free to assault anyone in the US and claim it is because of your religious beliefs. In case the Judge has forgotten, there is also a Constitutional Amendment that allows for freedom of religion (the reason why most of the early settlers came to America to begin with). One would wonder if a similar ruling would have been made if the victim was Muslim and the attacker a Christian?

There needs to be a Judicial inquiry in this case and ALL of the Judge's cases should be reviewed.

This Judge is Ridicilous. I listened to parts of this actual court case between the atheist and Talaaq and this whole episode is distorted and messed up. Its ridiculous that the judge would say, In the middle of his lecture about Islam that,"He was well outside the bounds of his 1st amendment rights" dressing up like a zombie Mohammad.? Thats scary islama theocratic talk. Then to call him a doofus was just wrong. This Judge needs to screw his head back on.

Is it okay to lie when taking an oath. I have listened to the recording of Judge Martin, and it has to be clear the biggest denier that the judge has violated his oath of office. I too have taken the oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. You judge Martin are an evil man who follows and evil ideology founded by an evil man. islam is an an enemy of humanity as much as nazism and members of the kkk. Pennsylvania you must remove this man from the bench. What he has done is advance the destruction of the Constitution and freedom he took a solemn oath to defend.

So judge, when some one vandalizes a restaurant that offends muslims by serving pork, or when someone engages in islamic honor killing will you defend that as well.

Try looking that one up "judge" Martin. Free speech is protected, now matter how deplorable. As a matter of fact, the more deplorable it might be perceived, the more we protect it in this, the greatest Country on God's green earth. By your ruling "judge", one day, someone may think your right to express yourself from the bench is "offensive", and exercise their decsion to "negate your offensive situation". If and when that time comes, will you seek justice in the U.S. Constitution or the Koran?

Diatribe on assult against Sgt. Curtis.. Does this give me the right to assault a Muslim dress as Satin in a parade? As a christian he would be insulting my beliefs and way of live showing the Devil would be an insult to me as being a blow against Christ.

I would not like to be in your cout on an animal abuse case as for all I know you may not like animals and would rule that there was no abuse.

Mark Martin American Court - American Law. I hope you someday need the protection of Sgt. Curtis, whom you effectively called a liar in your courtroom. Your Muslim faith has no bearing on this, except as you made it so. I'm sure judges of every faith (or none) have dealt with people who share their religion and people who hold antithetical beliefs. What you have done here is to discount the testimony of two witnesses (one of them a police officer) in favor of the testimony of one man, who should have been charged with perjury on top of the existing harassment charge. We can see the video judge. You are a disgrace to the bench!

Abuse of power, Oppression of a citizen using color of gov.. This guy pretty much broke the Rule of Law by his own admission and did not excuse himself from the hearing due to the fact that he is a self-proclaimed muslim which is a conflict of interest.

He needs to be impeached for breaking the Rule of Law (the highest law in the land).

In the process negating the rights afforded to a U.S. Citizen by the Constitution of the United States.

There should be laws that protect the Citizens of this land against corrupt individuals that break the justice system as they see fit, whilst victimizing our people in the process.

Judge Martin Should No longer be allowed to be a judge. The judge clearly cannot be objective and therefore should be thrown off the bench. It does not matter to me what you can be put to death for in Muslim Countries! What matters to me are the laws of the USA governed by the Constitution. Judge Martin should go back to any one of the Muslim countries he spent time in and stay there permanently. Maybe burn a few American flags to pass the time! What a BOZO. Glad I don't follow his god.
