Thank goodness someone knows what their doing. I recently decided to try a new place to have my hair cut and colored. I have thinner hair and it never comes out quite as I hope. I had my consultation with the owner who was very plesant, helpful, and completely confident in her staff and their abilities. She introduced me to her colorist who was very knowledgeable, and also eger to help me with my problem. They were even nice enough to move some things around and get me in for the service that day. I have never been this happy with my hair. The color is fabulous, and the overall experience was wonderful. It is comforting to know that us women without immense amounts of hair, have a place we can go and leave looking great. I definatly reccomend trying them out!

want to waste your money? then come here!. I recently bought a wig from this establishment, and paid a rather large sum of money for it. I later found the exact same wig in a catalog for under 50.00. I tried to take the wig back, but the owner refused. When I asked which company manufactured the wig, she refused to tell me or give me any information about what brand it was (all the tags had been cut from it). During my service (which was a haircut...a severely uneven haircut, I might add), the owner spent the entire time gossiping about her other clients, and even badmouthed and insulted some of her former employees. She also claimed that other "competitors" were conspiring against her, and at one point even accused me of being a "spy" for them (when i tried to return my wig, she insisted that I was a "spy" because I wanted to know which company made the wig). The owner is an older lady, and its pretty obvious that senility is beginning to set in.
