Ignored my order.
I placed an after Christmas order to take advantage of sale prices. I placed the order on Dec. 28th and it was not processed until Jan 14th. Of course, by that time, most of the items were out of stock.
I never received and explanation and even after emailing them asking for an explanation, I was ignored.
Never again!!
