I felt that they wanted to do many procedures that were not necessary. This information was confirmed by an orthodontist. On another occasion my four year old had lost a filling over the weekend and was in pain. I made an appt for first thing mon morning and due to traffic we were 5 min late and they refused to see us at that time and wanted to reschedule for the following day. I had to demand another appt for that day.I feel that it takes awhile to get reimbursed from them when I overpay due to them "guessing" on how much the insurance will pay. Needless to say I am looking for a new family dentist.

Very Professional Dental Practice. I have had various procedures done over the last two years and I am so pleased with the results. I've always had a fear of going to the dentist, but Dr. Suzan made me feel very comfortable each visit. Dr. Suzan has always taken great care in examining my teeth and she did an outstanding job. The one thing that stands out in my mind is that she gave me options when I needed multiple procedures. I could do nothing, procedures in stages to fit my budget, or all at once. All decisions were in my control and I really like the way it was handled.
