While the food is decent and should be for the prices the customer service is sorely lacking. The server was adequate but the Maitre D was very unprofessional and unfriendly. And, unresponsive to resolving a complaint regarding the preparation of a very expensive piece of meat. He said "I told you how it is" and left it at that.
There were four of us and the bill came to well over $300 and my son also left a very nice $50 tip. But when he asked to speak to the owner to register his complaint the owner became very abusive and used the E'ff word a few times. Which of course further aggravated the situation. He ended by telling us to "Get the E'ff Out!" We are not young people out to cause problems. My son and daughter-in-law are very educated from Ivy League schools. My wife and I are in our 70;s. This NO WAY to treat customers.
I encourage others to find a more customer oriented place to eat and I will notify my neighborhood civic association accordingly. I have never experienced such poor and abusive treatment.
