Best Customer Service. Bought a great pump over the summer at this outlet and now want a 2nd pair. Called the outlet, hopeful they'd have the color and size I'm looking for and could ship to NYC. I spoke with Heather. Amazing! Super friendly and genuinely interested in helping me find what I'm looking for. Even went so far as to take my # and make calls to other outlets on my behalf and then report back.

Heather, if your boss is reading this, you deserve a raise! Customer service experiences like this are sadly few and far between these days!
