Extremely poor customer service. This is not the only large antique co-op in cent PA but is the only one that refuses to assist customers in handling the vendor's merchandise, both inside & outside the store. Not a great way to generate future business & no excuse for it. The cost of having even one person on-site to assist with moving & loading would pay for itself. Otherwise, all the other co-ops wouldn't be doing it. They lost a $140.00 sale yesterday due to this.
