Excellent customer service/quality. I recently had the need to have some jewelry repaired and I was fortunate enough to have had the work done at Munn's. My family has purchased many new and custom items from them over the years, but this was my first time doing business there myself. The work done far exceeded the original estimate, but they stuck with the original price quoted to me when I dropped off my ring. I was thrilled with the price and equally thrilled with the craftsmanship of their work!!! I will definitely take my business there in the future. Kudos to Munn's and their employees.

Less than Expected. I heard so many great things about this place and my experience was completely miserable from start to finish.

Calls were not returned when promised (several times by several people), misleading or partial information was given, prices skyrocketed...basically everything I was told would happen, didn't happen.

Maybe I was that unfortunate "one case scenerio" however I would have thought a family owned business would have been more courteous to a new customer, especially in these tough economic times.
