Zimmerman Heating and Plumbing is bad customer service - the worst. Absolutely the worst customer service of anyone I have worked with in 20 yrs. The owner's view of how he should treat customers is appalling. Their work is expensive. I suggest looking elsewhere. In today?s economy you should find a company that works for you.
