Hate the help. I have stopped into this Mechanicsburg store a couple of times over the past several years and after this last same negative experience, will not go again. You can't get help. I was asked what I wanted after being there 5 minutes looking at the area rugs. I was pointed to the correct sizes and the guy just disappeared. Absolutely could not find him after that or anyone for that matter. I walked out and went to a neighboring carpet dealer where the man actually took the time to help me. They are (in my opinion) sort of snobby there. I guess if I didn't want a house full of carpet, they didn't want to be bothered.
