Terrible Customer Service. I have had two terrible experiences here. After receiving a gift certificate to go, I made an appointment for a basic trim. I have extremely thick hair and the stylist continuously pushed hair products on me during the appointment - even after I had expressed several times that I was not interested in purchasing anything. My gift certificate was for a cut and style by one of their newer stylists - apparently her idea of a "style" was to half-blow dry my hair in the middle of a humid summer which then looked like a frizzy mess for the rest of the day.

As it turned out I did not have the gift certificate on me and so had to pay for the appointment. When rescheduling months later to use the gift certificate - I found out that the expiration date was set 6 months from getting it. Since I'd waited 3 months to make my first appointment - and had waited more than 3 more months for the followup - I was told I was not allowed to use my gift certificate and that I should have used it sooner. The owner showed no empathy, was very curt and spoke to me like a five year old. After again telling me it was my fault she just said "bye bye" and hung up.
