Poor customer service.
Reacently purchased an Air conditioner at Rozman brothers. Called back with questions & Concerns & was treated like an idiot. Very poor customer service skills, would never go back or recomend to friends & family. Stick with stores that put the customers first.
Store has a NO Return Policy, buyer beware.
