HORRIBLE and HORRIBLE service, WORST place ever!!!. This is the worst shop I have ever been, don't ever go to them, they are good at cheating their customers and don't care about you at all. We drove from Nashville to NJ to visit our friends and had a car issue on interstate. AAA towed us to their store, first they over-charged us for almost $300 for a DEFECTIVE distributor (Pepboy accross the street sells this for $209, they claimed they purchased one from Pepboy and sold it to us for over $480+labor. This defective distributor only lasted for 5 minutes after we drove out of their shop, we had to drive back by restarting our car over 15 times on the way back. Then they told us their store was closing, there is nothing they could do the same day. We had to call our friends at NJ 2 hours away to pick us up, otherwise, we would end up on the street with nowhere to go since we didn't have a car. It is 8 hours from them driving back and forth for 2 days. When we found out they were cheating on us by selling a defective over-priced, we filed a complaint to BBB. They don't want to solve the issue at all, they said there was nothing they could do, and the defective distributor was not their fault, over-pricing was not their fault, leaving us in their backyard was not their falut. They even said that they were nice enough not charge us again on the 2nd day to replace THEIR defective distributor !!! What kind of business this shop is !!! Stay away from them. If I could give them 0 rating, I would.

Great Service and Great Price. Having just moved here from California I needed to have a slow leak in a tire repaired, and decided to have these folks change my oil and replace some tail light bulbs as well. I dropped off my Buick and it was ready in just a few hours. When I picked it up, I was shocked . . . SHOCKED! at the price. All of the above cost just $57 INCLUDING TAX! They changed the oil and filter, replaced the bulbs (a big job in my car), repaired my tire, and rotated the four tires. As I told the folks at the desk, back in San Francisco, it cost nearly that much to have a car WASHED! I was very pleased and will certainly take my car there again. Oh, one little side note; there was no charge for the tire service even though I didn't buy my tires there! You can bet I'll buy my next set from these great folks.

Honest mechanics, reasonable prices, GREAT customer service!. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I can't say enough about The Tire Mart. I was treated so well, and they were able to fix a problem within 1.5 hours, that my previous mechanic was never able to fix (even after 3 attempts and MANY hours of labor charges).

I never once felt I was being treated differently as a female (I know some shops take advantage). The bill is carefully itemized and explained before you make payment.

If you're in the Harrisburg area, and in need of repair / inspection / or new tires, this is the ONLY place to go!

(DO NOT CONFUSE THE TIRE MART WITH THE TIRE SHOP NEAR SEARS IN THE COLONIAL PARK MALL!)
