the food was okay, not too spicy but the customer service was pretty horrible. we ordered orange chicken w/ rice. the food was good but it took forever to to get my order ready. we had delivery from the new location and it took like 45 minutes. the old location down the street on lingelstown rd used to be good, but the new location next to weis kinda lacks in speed of service.
- Pros: good if you live in linglestown or susq. twp.
- Cons: just raised the prices of some of the food, slow delivery.

My family goes to HKR at least 2 times a week. It's amazing how even when they are busy, you get served within a reasonable time and the food is always good. A couple of our favorites are Sesame Chicken, and Beef and Broccoli. Sometimes I get the Duck which is good too. Their portions are nice sized. They are friendly. We used to go to the restaurant once in a while when they were in the old location down Linglestown Rd. near Santos Pizza. Now that they are closer, we go there more often. Actually we are going there tonight. I highly recommend eating at any of the Hong Kong Rubys...there is one on Rte. 22 also. Just as good.
- Pros: Food taste, Food amount, Nice environment, Clean.
- Cons: Parking sometimes limited due to other places also being busy.

I swear that the food at this location is much better than the other locations I've been to. Their curry chicken rocks, lo mein is tasty, and my husband (and I agree on this) loves the garlic chicken. They make it with just brocolli and the sauce for him. The people are great here and I love the tea also. IF you'll only try one thing, I would suggest the sweet and sour soup - one of my favorite soups of all time.
- Pros: Love their soups - sweet and sour is the best!
- Cons: Wished they delivered to a larger area.
