Finally a dealer I can trust. These guys really bent over backwards for me. They never pressured me and asked alot of questions to help me find what I needed not what I thought I wanted. Even showed me how to save money with the bank and called me after the fact to make sure everything was great and I didn't have any questions. This place is awesome the only thing they are missing is a salad bar!!

Better than Great. I will never purchase a car ANYWHERE BUT FAULKNER. The salesman that I have dealt with for the past 10 years is very knowledgeable and is always available to answer my questions. He has gone above and beyond to not only make the sale but to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. If you are in the market for a new car.... Go to Faulkner! Worst Nissan Dealership in Central PA (possibly in whole state).
Opinion:
Terrible customer service, (at service office and sales!!). There is no line and yet you will wait 30-40 minutes. 3 different people defer to each other to "take care of you" and no one has a clue. Rude. Mechanics will take longer to "diagnose" you problem than other places. Do not buy, do not buy, do not buy!!!!!!
Do not take your car to get serviced here unless you want to grab your ankles.
