Do not take your pet to this clinic since Dr. Rachael is no longer there. Dr. Jose is competent and very nice however, my experience with Dr. Aziz has me angry and seeking a second opinion.

My cat had a yeast and bacterial ear infection and I scheduled an appointment. The tech promptly took us to a room and swabbed my cats ears and stated that the Dr. would be with us shortly. Well...after 50 minutes in a room with an agitated cat, Dr Aziz finally enters and states that the culture was positive and my cat will need to be placed on antibiotics and antifungal medicine. That's fine however, he never even looked in her ears and prescribed ear drops that have never been tested in cats, only dogs.

This morning I called the clinic to make arrangements for my cat's medical record, I was placed on hold for almost 8 minutes and then told I would have to wait longer. After 10 minutes the person at the desk hung up on me and placed the phone on a recording. How about that for service? I still can't get through an hour later. I'm moving her care to Winding Hill.

if you need an emergency visit for your pet, this is NOT the place to go. I have been going to Noah's for years, however, they turned me away when I made an emergency visit to the clinic. They didn't have patients waiting when I stopped in, but refused to see my pet who was very ill and suffering.

I will NEVER use them again nor will I refer anyone.
