Awesome Pizza, Boli, and Subs ... Usually. I've been eating at this pizza shop since 1986. I absolutely love the subs, pizza and boli. This is why I decided to order from Lio's instead of staying within my own neighborhood when I got a craving for pepperoni pizza. Since I moved a few years ago, Lio's is now out of my way at least 15 miles. I pass approximately 20 other pizza shops on my way to Lio's, but let me tell you, it's worth the extra drive. However, this last time, it was missing the pepperoni. The cashier said 'I guess the girl who took your order didn't hear that part.' She offered to make me another one, but I declined. I don't like wasting food, and was concerned they'd throw away the pizza that was already made. Now all this might seem minimal to you, but I don't splurge on pizza that often. So when I do decide to veer from my usual healthy diet, I WANT IT TO BE WHAT I ORDERED. That's really not too much to ask. You need to step it up in this economy to deserve my business. There's way too many other pizza shops in this vicinity where I could stay closer to home and not waste the gas. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'll think twice about driving out of my way again.
