10/31/2007 - Recently also had a massage with Kendra, in Sarah's absence. Also a very good massage. She gave a complete massage, but saved extra time for my problem area (upper back). A good combination of both very relaxing and very therapeutic. 10/01/2007 - I just had my first massage ever three days ago. It was a sports/deep tissue massage with Sarah. She listened to what my issues were, and tailored the session to help with them. She was open to modify what she was doing to fit what methods seemed to be helping me the most at the time. She was very sincere about wanting to help me. She incorporated a series of stretches which seemed very helpful as I have some flexibility issues with my legs. Following the massage, I felt rejuvenated, loose, and comfortable . The muscle discomfort which brought me in for the appointment was gone. The next day, I was a little sore in spots, but have been informed that that can be the case with deep tissue massage. Even though I no longer live in the area, I intend to return when I can (I get back from time to time).
Pros: evening hours, considerate staff, sincere desire to help
Cons: Hours do not always seem to match as advertised, so call ahead to check
