I visited Morocco couple years ago and i got the memories back when I went with some friends to the Sahara.The food is excelent,the service is very good.We were seated at the traditional seating and it was fun.I felt I went back for a short visit to morocco.My friends would love to arrange a trip to Morocco after they had that amazing experience at the Sahara.

The atmosphere is romantic and cozy. I love the vivid colors. We sat in the Moroccan seating. It was comfortable, almost like having dinner in your living room. The service was quick and attentive without being invasive. The food was excellant with a nice variety on the menu. The portions were ample. The sweet mint tea is wonderful.

I visited Morocco a few years ago and loved it. I was happy to see a Moroccan restaurant open in the area. I have been going regularly to Sahara since it opened. The food is consistantly exceptional. The decor is beautiful. It is like visiting Morocco all over again. The service is wonderful as well. The servers are very friendly. I do have children and would like to see more on the kids menu. I see the other reviewers really liked the Moroccan seating. The Moroccan seating is very nice and is very popular. I tried to sit there but I have back problems so I switched to regular table and chairs.
Pros: good size portions, wonderful service, delicious food
Cons: need more items on kid's menu

The food was amazing. The portions were huge. They have homade baklava that is the best I have ever had. And I have eaten a lot of baklava. This is a byob restaurant so bring your favorite red wine. The service was excellent . The servers wear traditional Moroccan costumes and Moroccan seating is available for a total Moroccan experience. The Moroccan seating is very cozy and romantic. I really recommend this restaurant.
Pros: good serving size for price, excellent service, plenty of parking

I have never had Moroccan food before eating at Sahara. The food was out of this world delicious. I thought it would be really spicey or just plain weird. I had the chicken tagine....I can't wait to go back. And the service was the best I have ever had in a long time. I felt like a part of the family there. You can tell they take pride in their restaurant. Highly recommend it to everyone. I would be surprised if you were anything but impressed and delighted. Oh yes, and the Moroccan seating was really cool!
