Awful communication

upon arriving at this hotel i gave my credit card to the front desk as i always do to be charged at the end of my stay. however, when checking on my account i realized half way into my first full day that i had been charged the full stay, 11% interest & a 38% incidental fee! that fee would be for just in case you decide you might want to charge something to your room. when calling to speak w/ the manager i was very rudely told more than once that ALL hotels charge this fee; like i've never been to a hotel before??!! unless you have money to give away i suggest you find another hotel and given the fact that the management here is so rude & attimant about their rules i'd be sure to check w/ all other local hotels to be sure their rules werent the same....

the worst accomodations!!

As a family of 2 adults and 5 children this hotel was a nightmare. Our 2 connecting rooms were not ready upon arrival. It was 3p.m.(past check in) and with both tired parents and children this was not what we wanted to hear. The wait would be 30-40 minutes. We were then given rooms by the indoor pool that was loud way into the night. My sister,brother-in-law and their 5 children, were staying upstairs in a suite, and we thought great lets try to switch to one as well it will be quieter. When I called the front desk from my sisters suite the receptionist VERY RUDELY asked if anyone was showering b/c the room below was having a leak. She made it seem as though this were my sisters fault and failed to answer weather any more suites were available. The list goes on. My advice find a different hotel!!!
